At just over 1,700 words, this two-part post is longer than most. Sanat Kumara and Metatron carry extremely strong frequencies on their own, so the energy of this message might feel more intense than previous “transmissions of Light,” as Maitreya is referring to them. I’ve been asked to mention that a bit of quiet time and extra water are beneficial to help your body transmute any trapped energies that might be holding you back from experiencing the bliss your soul seeks to offer. It isn’t without a certain amount of trepidation that this particular message is being shared, as it touches on the topic of triggers, which many people tend to avoid.
You cannot classify one person as being antagonistic if you, too, aren’t also antagonistic from time to time. But what if you first believe you are accepted by another for who you are, and then suddenly that person tells you they perceive your behaviour as being unacceptable on a number of occasions? Would you feel tarred with a very wide brush, especially if the only example offered when specific instances were requested was not only fairly innocuous but simply couldn’t be recalled, and further and better examples were expressly denied?
It also isn’t without a certain amount of caution that Metatron elected to step forward a short while ago to take matters into his own hands when this scribe was struggling with feelings of rejection, yet again. Do not think for a moment that she is the one writing this introduction. She is merely acting as an intermediary to our realm, which is something she agreed to during the time her life plan was being worked through with certain members of the Council.
Many would not have wanted to experience the hurdles she has overcome since her childhood, not to mention the ones she encountered over the course of the past quarter century alone. Her awakening was not without significant losses, both personal and financial, and she is acutely attuned to her intuition, except for where the occasional blind spot exists for her highest good. Trust does not come easily, despite believing in the essential goodness of most people—”certain politicians excluded,” she thought to herself as she holds her pen and listens to what I have to share with you.
Easing into the future will often require revisiting the past, especially if there is an important lesson that has yet to be fully integrated. Dealing with the death of a relationship can be more far more difficult to work through, compared to the death of an actual person. That stated, the ability to communicate telepathically with the soul of someone who is still alive is entirely possible, yet it does not occur without the other soul being in agreement, even if this isn’t acknowledged on a conscious level.
Dreams and visions occur whether a person is awake or asleep, and the ones that occur shortly before awakening are meant to be delved into if you are willing to take control of the emotions that are brought to the forefront during these nocturnal, soul-infused meetings.
A friend or sibling who is no longer a part of a person’s life is frequently a member of their soul group, and this awareness is also brought to the forefront during a life review.
Everything is viewed through a compassionate lens of love, not one of criticism or misjudgment. This concept is one that many are aware of. Those who have discarded this idea in its entirety will be in for a bit of a surprise, to put it mildly. Fear not, for you are much braver than you have given yourself credit for.
Backstepping to nocturnal nuggets of wisdom that trickle through your dreamtime to your inner chalice of Light are brief stories that can end quite suddenly because no further information is required to be elevated to a person’s conscious awareness. To that end, a nightmare early this morning involving an encounter with the person this scribe once considered to be her “best friend” linked directly to an area in need of resolution.
Are you willing to alter your perspectives if they don’t align with your soul’s truth rather than alter your behaviour to appease someone because it was difficult for them to confront you when they perceived you as being annoying or irritating?
Do not attempt to sweep negative emotions under a rug, for you will surely trip over them sometime in the future.
No one has it all figured out, no matter how much deep inner work they’ve completed. Sometimes, however, a catalyst will nudge you into a less than comfortable area of your inner realm where neglect, rejection, or abandonment have left an indelible mark.
How do you come to terms with being repeatedly misjudged if you repeatedly go out of your way to be kind and helpful to others and the person who condemned you has little to no experience witnessing you as you normally are?
How many times have you told yourself you aren’t worthy of being loved because you’ve been dealt a series of losing hands? Let me tell you one thing for certain: the soul is holding aces up its sleeve, and the more you’re willing to let the hand play out when the odds are stacked against you, the more you’ll be led to play a card you didn’t know you were meant to be in possession of in the first place. As the inimitable El Morya would tell you, “You will end up in first place if your soul is placed first.” If you find yourself last in line, however, trust that you are in the lead of the next one.
While I could wax poetic on the topic of near misses and direct hits (being that they are often interconnected), it is our collective hope that you will pay attention to Metatron’s words and ask yourself how willing you are to chart a new path if the one you’ve been on suddenly reaches a dead end. As this scribe has mentioned from time to time, a dead end is frequently a “you-turn” in disguise.
Make yourself a priority, Dear Ones. While teachers and students exist in both physical and etheric realms, so do principals and principles become intertwined. Don’t take our word for it: consult your Akashic Records and witness the magic for yourself. You might find that a single disappointment serves as a catalyst for tremendous forward movement.
As all awakenings are meant to be thought of as gifts from the soul, so is Metatron’s comparatively short message to be considered a gentle reminder that facts and truths need to be viewed with discernment, and love cannot exist with ease and comfort if barbs from the past are not removed in their entirety.
Do you see how much more comfortable you can sit within yourself when your mind is not racing around, trying to separate fact from fiction?
There is no need to separate love from anything, other than simply state this with conviction: I will not plant myself where I can no longer grow. And then congratulate yourself for your courage and bravery, for as all “resets” are considered upheavals of sorts, so is the foundation of your soul that much stronger when the dust settles and you honour those who forced you to dig a little deeper.
As always, we are standing on solid ground and will never neglect, reject, or abandon you.

Let people overreact toward you. Let them come to an awareness that their own triggers are what have been holding them back from living a more full and authentic life.
While consciousness and knowledge are interconnected, if the mind is tied to certain actions and behaviours as being ego driven, then consciousness must expand so that knowledge, too, can similarly follow.
While truth is also subjective, many people wander through the world being utterly afraid of their own shadow. Do not let yourself become one of them. Become One within yourself.
As a divide exists between the left and right hemispheres of the brain, so is it possible for both sides to become fully integrated. Once the Monad steps in and anchors the soul’s thread to both one’s inner realm and the ones that exist beyond what most humans are incapable of imagining on a grander scale, so can the butt of one joke end up bearing the brunt of a tidal wave of criticisms, ranging from covertly petty to overtly vicious and completely uncalled for.
But most people aren’t the butt of jokes, are they? They are condemned for being human and seldom told that their words and actions are perceived by another person as off the mark, to put it mildly.
Step beyond the criticism of others and challenge yourself to alchemize your reaction to the best of your ability.
Catalysts are intended for growth; they are not intended to be used as shields because past wounds are getting in the way of a necessary rebirth.
If you have been triggered in any way by someone else’s perceptions (whether they, too, are off the mark), step into the energy of gratitude instead, as this will offer you a myriad of options and opportunities to expand your life as you know it to be.
Pull the pin on relationships that undermine you as a human. Nourish the ones that prompt you to become the wisest and most courageous version of yourself. Anything else could be thought of as a waste of time.
Is this message a waste of time? Perhaps to those who have already given up, it is, but those who are intent on grounding themselves in the soul’s love as part of their daily meditation practices are also given tidbits of information from realms beyond to assist them in their personal evolution.
“Evolution” forms part of revolution, after all. Let your anger become an ally, not an enemy, for it can be used as fuel for significant—and magnificent—positive change if it is aligned with the soul and directed wisely.
Do not underestimate those who have survived multiple storms with their wings still intact, for they have earned them. As a phoenix will rise from the ashes, so too will you rise from this mortal coil with far more wisdom than if you had not dared to face the flames of truth.
